Ensure you are using a compatible browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your Android phone.
Make sure your phone's NFC is turned on. You can usually find this in your phone's settings under "Connected devices" or "Bluetooth & device connections".
Tap the "Read Card Balance" button. A prompt will appear asking for permission to use NFC.
Place your NFC card or another NFC-enabled device on the back of your phone, near the NFC antenna.
The app will read the card and update the balance displayed.
